Introduction

This document sets out our commitment to keep your data safe when using our website. In this document ‘our’ or ‘us’ will be used to refer to one of the following: JADWeb Solutions, Websites by James or James Deakin, whilst ‘you’ or your will be used to refer to the customer. Please read this document carefully to ensure that you fully understand our Privacy Policy.

Online Forms

Our website(s) may contain online forms. Some of these forms collect data, such as contact forms, whereas others are used by the website to provide the customer with data from our databases based on what they select. On the latter, no customer data is saved.

Contact Forms

Contact Forms directly send us an email, which we will only use for the purposes of responding to you or assisting you with the request that is within the email. If the contents need to be used for other purposes, we will ask you for permission prior to it being used.

Booking Forms

We use Microsoft Bookings to allow you to create appointments and have meetings with us. Any data that is entered into those forms is only kept within the Microsoft Bookings system unless we specifically ask for consent for it to be entered into other systems – for example data may be entered into a CRM if you purchase any of our products or services. These CRM systems are only used to help us provide you with a better service and quicker responses.

Cookies

Some of our websites use cookies to provide you with a customised experience. These cookies are stored on your computer. Whether we use additional cookies for advertising or other tracking will depend on the website and a separate document will be provided outlining our uses of these cookies.

Some of our websites also provide pages that can only be accessed by logged in users. This requires us to temporarily store session information on your computer so that we know whether you are logged in or not. This session information is only temporary and cannot be accessed by JADWeb other than for the purposes of ensuring that you have the correct access level to view a page.
